CarPlan Pre -Icer is designed to prevent ice from bonding to your windscreen, mirrors and other exterior glass surfaces. The unique viscous formula provides a temporary coating that absorbs moisture preventing the forming of ice on glass surfaces, Pre-Icer eliminates the need for early morning scraping and deicing. Simply remove any loose surface ice with the windscreen wipers and screenwash.
