As you are much further away from AUSTRALIA than USA, it was interesting to note the freight with you, DHL was cheaper than from USA, and was so quick i am impressed it only took 4 days to arrive keeping me informed all along the way. You are doing everything right,keep up the good service.

I’ve been using Ricambio for about 6 or 7 years now. I probably only place a couple of orders a year because my old Fiat is so reliable! Who’d have thought that?! The first thing I would say is that the parts arrive incredibly quickly. There are a lot of firms out there that could learn a lot from Ricambio on this level. The fact is that when we want parts we want them yesterday! I have always been supplied the correct parts at prices I can’t complain at. No complaints about the quality either. It’s the rare companies like this that help me keep my old Fiat on the road so I will happily continue to support them.
